Vintage English Springer Spaniel Dog Ceramic China Figurine Black Gray White

This listing is for a vintage English Springer Spaniel dog ceramic or china figurine. The dog is a  mix of white, gray, and  black. He is posed seated, looking up attentively, awaiting his owner's command. I have done my best to determine this figurine's intended breed based on my research. This listing is for the dog pictured.
He measures 2 1/2 " L (seated rump to front paws) x 3 " H (front paws to crown of head, or front paws to upturned nose) x 1 1/2 " W (at rear paws).
He is vintage and was made sometime prior to 1984 when we acquired him at a church tag sale.
He is in mint condition, having spent most of his life on a display shelf in my son's room. He has been very loved but it is time for us to let go. I hope he will find a new family to love him. Any and all offers are welcome.
