RARE 1993 5th Annual Convention Special Edition Robert Raikes The Amish Bear Couple set.
Both bears are a matched set.  They are both numbered 436 of the limited edition release of 500. The original price, if purchased at the convention, was 5.
This set of Raikes Bears comes with the 2 bears, all of their original clothes, hats, flower basket and wood rake (still attached to Jacob's hand) and the original box.
Unfortunately I do not have any of the original paperwork.
Included with this set are a pair of metal stands and two Dustless brand plastic covers.
The bears have been very well cared for by an adult and never played with.
They are in very good condition and have been stored with the Dustless covers in place, in the original box.
The box itself is in distressed condition with tears and taped areas.
Please look closely at all photos for condition.
Both bears are approximately 18" tall.
They feature the famous wood faces and feet.
They both have hats and their clothes are marked Raikes.
Kathie's woven flower basket has a bend in the handle (see photo).
The fur is in excellent condition with no signs of wear.
They are from a non-smoking, pet-free home and have no stains or odors.
