Plastic Tape Binding Tool Manual Bag Tying Machine, binds and cuts, Condition is "Used".
I used this device years ago when I delivered newspapers to seal bags on rainy days.  Has light surface scuffs and will need a new razor blade for cutting.  The one in there works but has a corner missing, for cutting neck of bags.
This would be great for sealing bags for crafts or storage or even newspapers.
Included is one roll of tape.  They are readily available.
