    first responders.
    Elegant two-piece band that is to be worn over a cloth or woven badge. Unlike traditional bands,
    these do not fade and do not require pins that damage attire.
    This pin is made from jeweler's grade enamel that has been hard fired.
    For most badges, the mourning band should be worn straight across the center of the badge. For
    star badges, the mourning band should be worn from 11 to 5, as if looking at the face of a clock.
