I am not a professional, condition is based on my own opinion and observations using the grading terms below.   Postcard is preowned and sold as is and as shown in the photos.
Grading Terms
MINT - Perfect in every way, regardless of age. Rarely seen, may not exist.
NM - Near Mint, you have to look closely to see that is isn't brand new.
EX - Excellent, above average with minor wear or discoloration, but no serious defects.
VG - Very Good, average with moderate, noticeable wear. May have a small crease, edge dings, or discoloration.
GD - Good, well handled and shows it. May have several creases, or dings, obvious surface wear or discoloration.
FR - Fair, very obvious age and wear with some abuse. Multiple creases, stains, etc. but it's mostly still there.
PR - Poor, serious damage, rarely offered.
Card will be shipped in a first class envelope between two pieces of sturdy cardboard in plastic sleeve.
