galvanized
steel or perhaps cast iron painted letter mailbox with a hammered stippled design.
It is painted a dark brown rust, but could be repainted any color.
There is an option to put a padlock on it.
The top slot flips up for secure dropping of mail.
No rust, no mounting hardware included.
The hooks  are for holding a newspaper or other
objects
.
