4+1 VINTAGE GLASS FURNITURE
COASTERS
Neat set of four vintage matching clear glass furniture coasters, each measuring 3" wide. Featuring a thick, sturdy base with rolled sides, these were designed so that a wheel, foot or furniture leg would not damage a wood floor. Unmarked as to maker, they date to the 1940s - condition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage -- there is scratching within the cup bowl from contact with the underside of a wood leg and scratching on the underside of the coaster from contact with a wood floor -- there are also cased bubbles within the glass and a hint of a violet cast in certain lights. Please note -- I am including a fifth coaster - it is a bit different in design - hoping someone can use these! Nice addition to any collection!
